It was a night for ladies in red at the Billboard Music Awards last night, and, surprisingly enough, no real fashion disasters.
Oh wait. We forgot about Miley.
And Miley, it would seem, forgot about pants. Wearing a white Jean-Paul Gaultier tuxedo jacket and not much else, Miley showcased her lately-slimmed down bod (which has been generating plenty of controversy). We wonder, if Miley had spent less time on that blowout, would she have remembered the rest of her outfit?
Jordin Sparks looked lovely in her leather and blue velvet gown- a favourite of the night.
Katy Perry wore a sequined-out, mermaid-esque gown, and matching her hair colour to her dress was a bit much, yes? But the fact that Perry brought her 91-year-old grandma as her date is just too cute for us to do much Katy-bashing.
Of our ladies in red, T. Swift was fairest of them all, although Kelly Clarkson is looking quite fabulous these days.
Was it just us, or did it look like Julianne Hough was wearing a sparkly bath towel?
We kinda wish the Biebs would have suited up a bit more…those are some pretty flashy kicks, though.

Actually, I loved Julianne’s dress- she wears the dress, instead of the dress wearing her
And Miley is just trying to be young and sexy, I just wish that the suit was a bit more tailored to her slim figure as well as a longer skirt…just a tad bit.
I found Julianne’s dress boring! I agree – Miley’s dress could have been tailored to show off her new body. It was definitely a more youthful look though.
